Mr Om Lahoti, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

Personal treatment philosophy:

"I believe in total care of lower limb because hip, knee and feet problems are intricately linked. I strive to get my patients back on their 'feet' as soon as possible"

Intercollegiate board accredited orthopaedic and trauma surgeon. I joined King's College Hospital in 2003 as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. I specialise in problems of lower limb including arthritis, post trauma deformity and sports injuries and orthopaedic problems of childhood. I conduct regular teaching programmes for undergraduates, GPs, post graduates and also conduct workshops in limb reconstruction techniques. I teach physiotherapists in children's foot and hip disorders. I have written chapters for reputable orthopaedic text books and also publish papers in scientific journals. I update my skills in emerging treatment techniques such as minimally invasive surgery, computer aided surgery and advanced arthroscopy techniques.
