Treatment of bursitis
Bursitis is a swelling of small fluid filled sacs under the skin, known as bursa. The bursa assist movement and reduce friction between moving parts of the bones and tendons. Bursitis normally occurs as a result of repetitive movement causing the bursa to inflame; this most commonly develops in the hip, knee, ankle, elbow or shoulder.
