Treatment of frozen shoulder
Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition where the shoulder joint becomes inflamed causing restriction of movement. Other symptoms of frozen shoulder include stiffness and pain in the shoulder. It is still not clear why frozen shoulder occurs although it is thought that older adults with diabetes have a higher risk of developing frozen shoulder.
