Medical Qualifications

Dr Martin Lowe completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Durham University in 1985, he went on to qualify in London with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree. He was awarded a PhD from Cambridge University in 2003 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2005.

Medical Experience

Dr Lowe is Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at The Heart Hospital, London and Great Ormond Street Hospital. He is a member of Heart Rhythm UK and the British Cardiac Society. He treats as a Consultant Cardiologist at The Heart Hospital, University College London Hospital and Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Dr is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London and treats privately at London Bridge Hospital.

He specialises in both adult and paediatric cardiology including cardiac arrhythmias, cardiac electrophysiology, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) and pacemaker implantation.
