Mr Al-Ghnaniem Abbadi trained in HPB and solid organ transplantation surgery at two prestigious UK institutes; King's College Hospital in London and Addenbooke Hospital in Cambridge. He is a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeon of England, Member of the European Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, Member of Great Britain and Ireland Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, Member of the Association of Upper GI Surgeons and Member of the British Medical Association.
